Moscato is also known as Moscato Bianco or Muscat Blanc à petits grains This Moscato d'Asti was grown in the southern Piemonte DOCG province of Cuneo, Asti and Alessandria where the soil is clay.
Production Notes
The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented using the Martinotti/Charmat method in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is halted at 5.5% ABV.
