Pale straw yellow color with fresh floral, citrus and melon aromas with hints of almond. Complex, elegant, dry, medium-bodied, and vibrant while finishing with noticeably long crisp acidity. Pairs with almost everything.
Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
A Piedmont-inspired blend. Arneis and Cortese are two of lower Piedmont’s great native white grapes. Together with Chardonnay, our Bianco represents the impressive whites of the region with an international twist.
Production Notes
Harvest started in mid-September and the grapes are de-stemmed, first pressed, and then clarified. All the grapes are fermented and aged separately in stainless steel. Blended to create an approachable style. Bottled by hand in Denver.
Food Pairing Notes
White fish, chicken, french fries and feta cheese.
