Zach, the owner and founder of rebel bread is hosting a pasta class at Attimo! This event will take place on 07/20/2021. Happy hour begins at 5:30pm, the pasta class starts at 6:30pm and is about 2.5- 3 hours long. In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to make a simple and versatile “sfoglia” egg pasta dough, then roll it out into many different shapes. We’ll whip up two homemade sauces (tomato butter, and parmigiano-cinnamon-brown sugar) and share a pasta-filled meal together. Tickets include a drink ticket along with happy hour snacks. Gratuity and tax are included in the price of the ticket.
